1) If you have access to the account on Android:
- Tap on the Grindr profile
- Select the Settings ⚙ icon in the top-right corner
- Tap on Deactivate
- Select “Delete Account”
- Tap a reason for account deletion
- Verify the account
- Select Delete Profile
2) If you have access to the account on iOS:
- Tap on the Grindr Profile
- Select the Settings ⚙ icon on the top-right corner
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu
- Tap on Delete Profile
3) If you don’t have access, use this link to submit a request to have the account deleted: https://help.grindr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
