Microsoft accounts include Outlook, Office, Skype, OneDrive, Xbox Live, Bing, Store, Windows, and MSN. Microsoft allows you to access deceased peoples’ accounts through their Account Recovery function.

1) If you have access to the email or phone number on the account, you can reset the password and then log into any account, get needed data, and delete it using this link: https://account.live.com/password/reset

2) The second easiest option is to use account recovery to request access to the account: https://account.live.com/acsr

  • You can fill this form as many times as you want, for each Microsoft account
  • You will get a reply within 24 hours with instructions
